IamSelen, trading as FITinAI, operates and designed fitinai.com as an educational AI-literacy resource. Content is general information, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Features and content may change.

• Children may use the service only together with their parent or guardian, who remains responsible for active supervision and data choices.
• Do not submit private, identifying, harmful, infringing or unlawful material.
• Do not attempt to bypass safeguards, disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, scrape at scale or misuse AI features.
• Check AI-generated answers and important information against reliable sources. AI can be incomplete or wrong.

A parent or guardian must use FITinAI together with their child, actively supervise AI features and discuss lessons and answers. Children must not create an account, join the newsletter, accept analytics or manage a child profile themselves. Teacher-facing materials may support adult education, but a teacher or school does not replace parental permission for a child’s use of FITinAI. Do not enter pupil-identifying information. FIA and the safe demos generate responses using third-party AI technology. Prompts may be processed outside your country and FIA questions may be retained for safety and improvement as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit personal, confidential or sensitive information. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable, and must not be treated as professional advice or relied on without adult review and independent checking.

Certificates issued at the end of a FITinAI course are awarded purely as encouragement to recognise a child’s effort and progress through the missions and final test. They are not an accredited or regulated qualification, are not issued by a school, awarding body or examining authority, and carry no academic credit, professional standing or employment value. Certificates may not be presented as evidence of formal education or used to imply endorsement by any institution. FITinAI may update certificate design, naming, scoring thresholds or eligibility at any time.

FITinAI is designed by IamSelen. Its branding, website design and original content belong to IamSelen or its licensors. You may use and print learning materials for personal, family or classroom teaching. You may not resell, republish, remove attribution from, or commercially exploit the content without written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

We aim to keep FITinAI useful and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or always-current service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or your mandatory consumer rights.

We may restrict access where necessary for security, misuse or legal compliance. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their content and privacy practices are their responsibility.
